Our 2-bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is perfect for up to 4 people. It is light and bright with vaulted ceilings in the downstairs living area. From both lanais you can look out at the golf course. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We also have a private laundry room with washer/dryer and full kitchen stocked with all the amenities. We provide all of the items you need such as shampoo/conditioner, detergent, spices, etc. Located in the Colony Villas in building #10 which is close to the main pool.

This is a frequently rented property. Availability may be limited and planning will likely need to be done well in advance. Not available Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and January-March. Must be booked no later than December 1st, 2026. No more than 4 guests permitted on the property overnight. Winner will need to pay the owner a $500 deposit, and will be refunded the difference of the deposit and the cost of cleaning, which is typically $200. Winner will work directly with Laura Antonio to book.
